MCA/BCA/Mtech/Btech or related field Strong communication skills Ability to provide training to new clients and support to existing ones Proficient in managing client support through visits, emails, and calls Documenting problems, activities, and solutions for each case Collaborating with the CRM team to communicate issue status to clients Identifying and escalating high-priority customer issues Working with customers and team members to investigate, test, and develop solutions Updating users and changing permissions within the CRM Performing in-depth analysis of CRM user issues Delivering CRM training on an as-needed basis
