Profile - Client Servicing(Salesforce sales Engineer) Work location - Noida 68 Work Timing - 2pm -11pm Experience - 2yrs Interview Process - f2f only Key Responsibilities: • Conduct user training sessions and create documentation to support end-user adoption of Salesforce solutions. • Configure and customize clients requirements • Document and analyze required information and data • Proactively identify and address issues related to Salesforce configuration and user adoption. • Creation and delivery of requirements, planning documentation, features and functional specifications. • Perform research and implement best practices into problem avoidance and continuous improvement.
