Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain the server-side components of web applications using Java and related technologies. Design and implement efficient and secure APIs for seamless integration with frontend components. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Perform thorough testing and debugging to ensure the quality and reliability of the software. Optimize application performance by identifying and resolving bottlenecks and implementing efficient algorithms and data structures. Integrate external systems and services through RESTful or SOAP APIs. Ensure proper documentation of the codebase, including code comments and technical documentation. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, working closely with the support team. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in backend development. Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical expertise and fostering a collaborative environment. Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Strong proficiency in Java programming language and related frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate). Solid understanding of backend development principles, including server-side architecture, database management, and web services. Experience with building and consuming RESTful and SOAP APIs. Proficiency in working with relational databases such as MySQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced development environment.
